This skirt is inspired by a skirt, the designer's mom used to wear. It's fitted through the high-rise waist with a tonal belt. The high rise waist and hips falls to a slightly stiffened fluted hem on a side and on the other side is pressed into sharp knife pleats with an asymmetric stepped hem that falls to a midi length.
