How do I reset my password?

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on your order status, cancellations may be possible. Contact our Client Services team at clientservices@grlondonparis.com as soon as possible.
Can I add an item to an already completed order?
Unfortunately, once an order is completed, items cannot be added.
Shipping & Returns
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
Log in and check “My Orders” in your account. You’ll also receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery via the courier’s website.
My order has been shipped from outside the UK. Will I have to pay additional charges?
Yes, import duties and taxes are not included in the product price. These may be charged by your country’s customs authorities upon delivery.
How can I return an item?
Contact customersorders@grlondonparis.com to request a return. We’ll provide a free DHL return label and instructions by email.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and verified, we’ll process your refund and send a confirmation. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
Can I check my return’s status?
Yes, use the tracking number provided by our Customer Care team. You’ll also receive an email once your return is processed.
What amount can be refunded?
Import duties/taxes are non-refundable and must be claimed directly from your country’s authority. Shipping and return costs are also non-reimbursable.
